A lawyer and a real estate advisor, in the same person.
Clarissa co-founded Bee Legal so buyers, families, and investors in the Dominican Republic have one person they can actually reach. She is an attorney and a real estate advisor, and she handles both sides herself.
Clarissa studied law at the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). Her work sits where law and real estate meet: checking titles, putting deals together, and walking people through each legal and practical step of buying or settling here.
Before private practice she spent years in international affairs and human rights, at the Dominican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the UNDP, and more than a decade of pro-bono work. Clients like that they deal with her directly, in Spanish, English, or French, from the first call to the last signature.
Legal

The Firm
Local knowledge, handled properly
We are based in Santo Domingo and work with clients all over the country, from beachfront places in Samaná to company matters in the capital and homes up in Jarabacoa.
We know the paperwork, the courts, and what it actually takes for people from abroad and locals to buy, invest, and live here without nasty surprises.
Our Values
Integrity first
Clear advice, honest timelines and no surprises. Every recommendation is one we would follow ourselves.
You deal with Clarissa
You work directly with Clarissa, not a rotating cast of juniors.
Used to clients abroad
Trilingual and quick to answer, and used to how buyers and families from other countries work.
Careful, not rushed
We move quickly when we can, but never at the expense of the diligence that protects you.
